Description:
Tank turning rolls is a kind of advanced welding equipment ,which is be researched and manufactured absorbing domestic international advanced equipment .It is manly used for pipe , boilers ,pressure vessel ,oil tank and other cylinder’s assembling ,burnishing and welding .Its series include Self-aligning rotator(HGZ),and conventional rotator(HGK).Other customize have trolley tilting anti drift rotator ; Accordingly this device has advantages of compact structure , small cubage ,beautiful shape ,light weight ,convenient operating and so on. The machine can assort all kinds of auto welding or manual welding ,improving welding quality ,lessening welding labor and improve productivity.
Structure characteristic
1. HGZ-series welding rotator mainly consists of driving rotator, idler rotator and control system and Moving
system.
2. Two groups of roller unit with turn a certain angle are installed on base of drive and idler rotator, two groups
of roller unit can turn a certain angle by revolve, so it can automatic adjusted according to specification of work
piece, ensure stable and continuous running of work piece.
3. The drive rotator is through A.C. Inverter motor driven reducer, through gear transmission unit then drive the
roller into revolve. The drive reducer is adopt cycloidal gear reducer plus gear reducer structure, ensure drive
the work piece into revolve. The structure with reasonable transmission, high transmission precision and long
life span.
4. The revolve adopt A.C. Inverter motor driving.
5. The base of rotator welded by plates, with high strength, no deformation after long time using.
6. The structural parts are used to stress annealing treatment after machined, and pretreatment before painting.

7. The control system mainly consists of control box wired remote panel.
8. The control box consists of inverter speed adjustment system etc., mainly Control on/off of motor to
achieve mechanical action of technology, with control and protect roller motor. Main low-voltage elements

9. The Inverter speed adjustment system USA Danfoss, with wide range,is Constant . Torque speed-adjust stable adjustment.high stability and high characteristic, anti –interference.
